SB 73 OT Compact Passed in Indiana
Establishes the occupational therapy licensure compact in Indiana.
SEA 284 Enacted
Includes OTAs in Indiana Telehealth effective July 1st, 2022.
SB 59 Direct Access
Governor Holcomb signed SB 59 into law, authorizing direct access for OTs in Indiana. As of July 1st, 2021, occupational therapists are able to treat clients for 42 days before requiring a referral for continued services.
